You long to meet each day with a sense of calm, confidence, and compassion so you can feel good and make a difference in the world! Try as you might, you just don't know how to put all the pieces together. You catch yourself repeating the same old patterns again and again. You may be thinking there's something wrong with you.  

I get it.  I've been there, too.  It's a frustrating and unpleasant place to be, especially when you've tried so hard to make positive changes in your life.  I'm Martha Cain, a clinical psychologist, coach, and speaker. I know first-hand what it's like to:

  • mindlessly push through the day on autopilot, unable to embrace the good that's present in each moment

  • feel chronically tired, irritable, overwhelmed, and resentful

  • get lost in helping others and not have time for you

  • long for a clearer purpose and deeper, more satisfying relationships

After years of working with thousands of clients, and immersing myself in new ways of learning, I've finally come to realize that to navigate the inevitable ups and downs of life and remain passionately engaged with what matters most to us, we need to approach things differently.  

For centuries, Westerners have succeeded by relying primarily on information and the intellect to guide us.  While logic is an essential resource, it's only part of the bigger picture of who we are.  To create a life that's vibrantly resilient and lovingly connected with others, we need to learn how to integrate our mind, biology, and that spark of the Divine that's always been alive in each of us.  Only then will our fragmented efforts come together so we can be fully present to make wise choices for how to live each moment.
