You may have worked hard to be your best and create the life of your dreams, but you're feeling worn out from constantly juggling frustrations, uncertainties, and demands. You're beginning to doubt yourself, and some days it feels like you're racing on a mindless treadmill to nowhere.  Something is missing.

Maybe you've eagerly studied all the best spiritual and self-help books, and gone to seminars, workshops, and even psychotherapy.  While these strategies give valuable insights and moments of inspiration, the results are so often temporary.  You're seeking a new way of life that is filled with enduring clarity, joy, and vibrancy. You long to meet each day with confidence and compassion so you can feel good and make a difference in the world! Try as you might, you just don't know how to put all the pieces together. You catch yourself repeating the same old patterns again and again. You're thinking there must be something wrong with you.

I get it.  I've been there, too.  It's a frustrating and unpleasant place to be, especially when you've tried so hard to make changes to improve your life.  I'm Martha Cain, a clinical psychologist, educator, and speaker. I know first-hand what it's like to:

  • mindlessly push through the day on autopilot, unable to embrace the good that's present in each moment
  • feel chronically tired, irritable, overwhelmed, and resentful
  • get lost in helping others and not have time for you
  • long for deeper, more satisfying relationships (perhaps add 'with other people and with the Divine').

After years of working with thousands of clients, and immersing myself in new ways of learning, I've finally come to realize that to create a life that's vibrant, one in which we're passionately engaged with what matters most to us, we need to approach things differently.

For centuries, Westerners have relied primarily on information and the intellect to guide us.  These are essential resources, but they're only part of the bigger picture.  Creating the vibrant, full life that is our birthright requires that we learn to integrate fully our mind, inherited biology, and that spark of the Divine that's always been alive in each of us.  Only then will our fragmented efforts come together so we can enjoy the one wild and precious life we crave.

I'm profoundly grateful to have developed an integrative method that has helped thousands of people change their lives for the better.

My mission is to share my proven Calming the Mind, Awakening the Heart approach with as many people as possible! Through workshops, retreats, and mastermind groups, I'm passionate about helping you transform your relationship with life so that you can face each day with greater confidence, peace, and joyful fulfillment.
